The Xclock shows up when computer starts up. The employee logs in with their User ID and Password and punches. If the computer is online the bluemetriX server , the information iis transmitted in real time together with the ip from where the punch is generated and a unique computer identifier.
If the computer is offline from bluemetriX server , punches are stored in the local pc and sent once the connection with bluemetriX server is again established.

Full online control with random Attendance Check is obtained. This exclusive feature ensures that our employees are attending their jobs , the systems works as follows: in a random way the employee is shown a message and must type a code shown on screen. While the message is shown and the code is not typed a coffe cup is shown in the main attendance board so we have direct information that he is not in his place. When returning , the employee enters the code and also is able to type some comments about his lateness
Attendance Check can also be initiated from the HR administrator profile for any employee.

Attendance Board shows each Xclock status , with employee , Absence or attendance and connection status. (shown with a yellow bulb). When punching, the employee can also specify leave codes that will be reflected in the attendance board as well as in their Xclock client.
